All Blue Fx include a two year warranty from the date of purchase for all new equipment. Repairs within these periods will be free of charge if the problem is from a manufacturing defect and is not caused by the end user. Warranty does not apply to the enclosure, graphics, knobs, hardware and also, there may be repair fees for pedals that will be receiving mods or pedals that have malfunctioned from user error like plugging in wrong power supply, be thrown out of an airplane, etc

Repairs are quickly turned around in 1-2 weeks shop time. Most repairs end up being fairly simple fixes and we offer your favorite device back to you in working condition!

Any device that is void the warranty, will be repaired for a flat fee of 25 EURO. This fee will be applied toward the cost of the repair IF the repair is performed and completed. In the event that the pedal has no issue and cannot be fixed the fee will still be rendered for our time/service. Exact shipping is also charged upon return on all repairs.
